Staff recommendation: 1) Without making any modifications thereto, introduce for first reading Ordinance #08-011, An Ordinance of the City Council Re-Enacting the Campaign Finance Reform Act of 1996; 2) Include in the motion that the Council waives full reading of the ordinance; 3) Pass the ordinance.
