pancake breakfastThis October, during Fire Prevention Week, the Albany Fire Department will be making safety presentations to all of the elementary schools in Albany.  As a finale,  the Albany Fire Department holds a pancake breakfast to benefit the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation. Our last breakfast hosted over 750 people attended and through donations, the purchase of tickets and filling the boot we were able to sponsor two scholarships for Champ Camp.

Sparky the Fire Dog will be in attendance, we will be having raffles, live fire demonstrations, natural gas safety demonstrations, Engines on display, as well as sign-ups for CPR and First-Aid classes.

The breakfast is $10 for adults and $6 for children 3 to 12 (children 2 and under are free). The breakfast is from 08:00 to 12:00 and will be at the Albany fire station located at 1000 San Pablo Avenue (Behind City Hall on the corner of Marin and San Pablo.) We look forward to seeing you there and come hungry!
