Staff recommendation: That the City Council returns the matter to the Planning & Zoning Commission with specific direction on the key issues of the appeal.

7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

7-1. a. Ordinance No. 2010-02 – An Ordinance of the Albany City Council Which Amends Albany Municipal Code Section 9-10.21 Prohibiting Oversized and Recreation Vehicle Parking on any Public Street or Highway with Certain Exemptions, Including a Grace Period for Recreational Vehicles Currently Owned by Albany Residents. Second Reading.

b. Ordinance No. 2010-05- An Ordinance of the Albany City Council Adding Municipal Code Section 9-1.1 to Change the Definition of Annual Holidays Relative to Traffic and Parking Enforcement, and Adds Definitions for Oversized and Recreational Vehicles. Second Reading.
