Staff and Parks and Recreation Commission recommendation: 1) That Council approve the installation of a fence (in the vicinity of the northeast corner), and bullpens at Memorial Park ball field per the attached drawing; 2) That pending approval of the fence installation, Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract for the fence installation not to exceed $15,900.
