6-1 Report from the Community Development Department on Public Art Comments of the following projects: Belmont Village Senior Housing Project at 1100 San Pablo, Public Works Service Center at 540 Cleveland, St. Mary’s College High School Chapel at 1600 Posen, Pedestrian Safety Improvements at Marin & Curtis and Curtis & Sonoma
Staff Recommendation: Receive information.
7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
7-1 Use of Art in Public Places Funds for the Marin /Curtis Project Crosswalk: The Traffic and Safety Commission is requesting that Art in Public Places funds generated by the Marin/Curtis construction project be used for the creation of a painted crosswalk on Curtis at Sonoma.
Staff Recommendation: Receive information and recommend approval of use of Public Art Funds to City Council.

7-2 Albany Film Fest: Member Ellis-Dickson will provide a wrap-up from the 2015 Albany Film Fest.
Staff recommendation: Receive information.
7-3 Arts and Green festival: Chair Goodman will provide an update on the 2015 Arts and Green Festival.
Staff Recommendation: Receive Information and sign-up for shifts managing the Albany Arts Committee Booth at the Arts and Green Festival.
7-4 2015 Community Center Foyer Art Gallery: Member Black will provide an update on the 2015 Community Center Foyer Art Gallery.
Staff Recommendation: Receive information.
7-5 Procedures for acceptance and approval of Public Art projects: The Public Arts Projects Plan (PAPP) sub-committee will provide an update on the procedures and acceptance of the PAPP.
Staff recommendation: Receive information.
7-6 Review of Committee Work Plan for 2015: The Committee will approve its 2015 Work Plan.
Staff Recommendation: That the Committee review and finalize the 2015 Work Plan and present to Council at the May 4th, 2015 City Council Meeting.
