3-1. Approve Minutes from June 6, 2012 meeting & September 17, 2012.

5. DISCUSSIONS AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS, WHICH COULD INCLUDE REPORTS AND/OR PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS IF ANY:
5-1. Improvements to Garbage Pick-up and Graffiti Eradication at the Albany Waterfront
Recommended Action: Approve recommendation to staff to: (1) expand scheduled Waste Management “roll-off hauls” to a bi-monthly basis; and (2) relocate and increase number of trash bins on City portion of the Waterfront.
5-2. Discussion of Next Phase of Improvements to the Cove Enhancement Project Including Landscaping, Seating, Bike Racks, Signage, etc
Recommended Action: (1) Review budget resources; (2) Approve plan for next phase of cove enhancements; (3) Approve recommendation to staff to order bike racks and other cove enhancement equipment and materials; and (4) Schedule volunteer work day.

5-3. Report from Albany Homeless Task Force.
Recommended Action: Provide briefing to Committee on September 20, 2012 Homeless Task Force meeting and provide direction to Task Force representatives regarding future Task Force agenda items.
