5-2. Presentation by Albany Stollers & Rollers regarding Rails to Trail Grant for a Trail Improvement Project Such as Bike Racks.
Recommended Action: Provide direction to staff regarding acceptance of improvements.
5-3. Discussion of Next Phase of Improvements to the Cove Enhancement Project Including Landscaping, Seating, Bike Racks, Signage, etc
Recommended Action: Provide direction on scope of work to be included in next phase of improvements.
5-4. Report on East Bay Regional Park District Land Acquisition, Planning, Design and Permitting for Restoration and Public Access to the Albany Beach, including Acquisition of Land for the Bay Trail

Recommended Action: Select Committee representatives for Task force; discuss and provide direction to subcommittee role on Task Force; and discuss and provide direction regarding possible subcommittee meeting in June at the Waterfront.
