5-2. Discussion of Next Phase of Improvements to the Cove Enhancement Project Including Landscaping, Seating, Bike Racks, Signage, etc
Recommended Action: (1) Review budget resources and plan for next phase of cove enhancements; (2) Approve recommendation to staff to order cove enhancement equipment and materials; and (3) Schedule next volunteer work day.

5-3. Report from Albany Homeless Task Force.
Recommended Action: Provide briefing to Committee on October 18, 2012 Homeless Task Force meeting and provide direction to Task Force representatives regarding future Task Force agenda items.

Recommended Action: For information and discussion.
