7. NEW BUSINESS

7-1 Area at Memorial Park to be designated a volunteer garden: Members from Transition Albany would like to have an area at Memorial Park designated as a volunteer garden.

Staff Recommendation: That the Commission would designate the area as a volunteer garden.
