I moved to the Bay Area in 2008 and currently reside in Albany with my daughter. I have worked in claims management for more than 18 years, including 10 years of public-entity litigation experience. In addition, I am an educator and mentor who has worked with youth from preschoolers to high school seniors. My passion for outreach, combined with my leadership skills, has allowed me to develop creative and effective solutions for civic problems.  I find joy in building relationships and bringing unity to my community.
