• Ordinance No. 2013-01 - Adopting Amendments to Chapter 20.68 “Green Building & Bay Friendly Landscaping” Regulations of the Albany Municipal Code

• Ordinance No. 2013-02 - Amending Chapter15 of the Code of the City of Albany entitled “Sewers and Sanitation”
  Date Approved:  December 2, 2013
• Ordinance No. 2013-03 - Amending Chapter XII, Building and Housing Chapter XI Fire Prevention and Chapter XXIII Grading Ordinance of the Albany Municipal Code to include regulations adopting the California Building Standards Code and Fire Code
  Date Approved:  December 16, 2013
• Ordinance No. 2013-04 - Amending Chapter VIII, Section 8-4.4 of the Albany Municipal Code by deleting the words “loiter” and “lodge” to clarify the intent of that provision and by making other technical, clarifying changes
