The Bay Area Air Quality Management District recently adopted a new regulation prohibiting wood burning on days when air quality is forecast to be unhealthy. Be sure to avoid burning wood on all "Spare the Air Days". According to the new regulation, violators will be issued penalties for noncompliance.
