  1. CALL TO ORDER

  2. APPROVAL OF ACTION MINUTES: December 11, 2014

  3. PUBLIC COMMENT: For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.

  4. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Welcome to new Commissioner Emma Yee

  5. PUBLIC HEARING/PRESENTATIONS:
    An informational update by Gale Rossi, City of Albany Facilities and Maintenance Manager, on projects at Ocean View Ball Field, Terrace Park Playfield, Section B gate and Cerrito Creek path.

  6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

    6-1: Review of the Tree Removal Policy: Commission will review and discuss the sub-committee’s potential revisions to the Tree Removal Policy.

    Staff Recommendation: That the Commission review and discuss the draft from the Sub-Committee and make recommendations for final revisions that will be submitted to the City Council for their consideration.
