3. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.

5. PUBLIC HEARING/PRESENTATIONS
A. Senior Center Renovation Update: Isabelle Leduc, the City’s Community and Human Services Manager, will update the Commission on the recent and upcoming renovations at the Senior Center.
6. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
A. Senior Sidewalk Design: The Commission will receive a presentation from Greg Jacobs regarding 95% plans for the Senior Sidewalk on east side of Masonic from Solano to Washington Avenues.
Recommendation: That the Commission discuss and provide feedback on the design.
B. Tree Removal Application for 733 Santa Fe Avenue: The Commission will review the application for street tree removal at 733 Santa Fe Avenue.
Recommendation: That the Commission approve the street tree removal application for 733 Santa Fe Avenue.

C. Tree Removal Application for 1146 Masonic Avenue: The Commission will review the application for street tree removal for 1146 Masonic Avenue.
Recommendation: That the Commission approve the street tree removal application for 1146 Masonic Ave.

D. Friends of Albany Parks: The Commission will discuss Friends of Albany Parks past events and select Commissioners to participate in upcoming FOAP events.

8. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
(Commissioners announce of requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items).
Next Meeting: Thursday, November 12, 2015, 7:00 pm, City Hall Council Chambers, 1000 San Pablo Ave. Please note: There are no public meetings in August.
