2. APPROVAL OF ACTION MINUTES: October 8, 2015
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.

6. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
6-1: Park Signage: The Commission will review the current signage in Albany Parks and begin discussions about content and locations for new signage. Attachments: Park signs packet
Recommendation: That the Commission discuss and provide feedback.
6-2: Ohlone Greenway Design: The Commission will discuss the design schedule for project and review the amenities that have been discussed to date. (Attachments: Project scope, Project Timeline)
Recommendation: That the Commission create a sub-committee or schedule a special meeting for late
December.
6-3: Dogs in Albany Parks: The Commission will create a sub-committee to discuss issues, concerns and ideas for how to balance off-leash dog use and open play in Albany Parks.
Recommendation: That the Commission create a sub-committee to report back to the Commission the status of Dogs in Albany Parks and recommend further action to be taken, if any.
6-4: Friends of Albany Parks: The Commission will review Friends of Albany Parks upcoming events. (Attachments: FOAP Calendar)
Recommendation: Information only.
7. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
(Commissioners announce of requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items).
Next Meeting: Thursday, December 10, 2015, 7:00 pm, City Hall Council Chambers, 1000 San Pablo Ave. Please note: There are no public meetings in August.
