Trying to find the perfect Valentine's Day gift for that special someone? Bring your loved ones to a tasty Master Class on making gourmet truffles and bonbons with Clive Brown, chocolatier at The Xocolate Bar on Solano Ave. This intimate event offers hands-on instruction in tempering chocolate, making and piping ganache centers, molded chocolates and hand-dipping caramels and marshmallows. All participants will take home a 12 pc box of chocolates, including flavors made in class ($22 value) as well as professional tips and recipes.
