a. Information Item: Successor Agency Preliminary Financial Report of Administrative Expenditures For Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2014
b. Action Item: Adoption of Oversight Board Resolution No. OB 2014-2, approving Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) No. 14-15B and the Administrative Budget of the Successor Agency to the Albany Community Reinvestment Agency
c. Information Item: Financial and Legal Update (Litigation Filed by Successor Agency and City of Albany against Department of Finance)
