By approval of the Consent Calendar, the staff recommendations will be adopted unless otherwise modified by the Commission/Committee. 3-1 Approval of pension payments for the month of July 2014 in the amount of $116,488.32. (See attached spreadsheets for calculations of service retirees’ benefits from both Police and Fire.)

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

4-1 Minutes of the regular meeting of May 27, 2014. (Tabled from June meeting due to lack of voting quorum.)

Staff recommendation: Approve

4-2 Minutes of the regular meeting of June 24, 2014. (Will be presented at the meeting.)

5. PUBLIC COMMENT

For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.
