Have fun learning a few basic steps to two classic big band dances: the lively swing and the elegant foxtrot! Dance to tunes by Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Harry Connick Jr. and local favorite Lavay Smith. This lesson is for beginners and for those who want to brush up on their steps. Instructor: Charlene Gullette Van Ness, who has taught social dance to thousands of bay area people over the past 30 years.
