1. CALL TO ORDER

2. APPROVAL OF ACTION MINUTES: November 13, 2014

3. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.

6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

6-1: Ohlone Greenway Fitness Trail and Fruit/Nut Trees: Mia Docto and Robin Kim will present options for potential areas for fitness trail elements and fruit/nut trees along the Ohlone Greenway.

Staff Recommendation: That the Commission discuss the proposals and provide feedback to Mia and Robin.

6-2: Review of the Tree Removal Policy: Commission will review and discuss potential revisions to the Tree Removal Policy.

Staff Recommendation: That the Commission review and discuss the proposed changes to the City’s Tree Removal Policy submitted by Commissioners and make recommendations for final revisions that will be submitted to the City Council for their consideration.

7. NEW BUSINESS

7-1: Memorial Park Edible Landscape Project: Alexa Houser will present a general plan for the removal and reuse of the garden shed behind the Veterans Building.

Staff Recommendation: That the Commission approve the removal of the garden shed and general plan for reusing the shed materials to make benches and storage.
