3. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. 6-1 Art on Loan Program: Chelle Putzer will offer ideas for increasing public art along the Ohlone Greenway

7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
7-1 Albany Film Fest: Member Ellis-Dickson will provide an update from the sub-committee.
Staff recommendation: Receive information.
7-2 Poet Laureate: The Committee will discuss the Poet Laureate position and select new members for the Poet Laureate sub-committee.

7-3 2015 Community Center Foyer Art Gallery: Member Black will provide an update on the 2015 Community Center Foyer Art Gallery.

7-4 Procedures for acceptance and approval of Public Art projects: The Committee will review the draft document.
Staff recommendation: That the Committee review suggestions and comments made by the City Council and Susan Adame and direct the subcommittee to do further work on Appendix D - Additional Procedures for Acceptance and Approval of Public Art projects.

8. NEW BUSINESS
8-1 Sculpture Loan Program: Chelle Putzer will present a program to include outdoor sculptures installations in the Ohlone Greenway project

8-2 Review of Committee Work Plan for 2015: The Committee will discuss work items to include in its 2015 Work Plan.
Staff Recommendation: That the Committee review and finalize the 2015 Work Plan and present to Council April 6, 2015.

8-2 Election of Officers: The Committee will nominate and elect a Chair and Vice-Chair.
