7-1 Yearly Update on Development Project in the City: Jeff Bond, Community Development Director will provide an update on project development in the City.

7-2 Review Revised Proposal for Public Art at 1035 Eastshore: Jeff Bond, Community Development Director will provide an update on Toyota of Berkeley public art installation.

7-3 Poet Laureate: The Poet Laureate subcommittee will provide an update.

7-4 Arts and Green Festival: Update from the Arts and Green Festival sub-committee.

7-5 Albany Film Festival: Member Kobelin will give an update on the 2014 Albany Film Festival.

7-6 Review of Committee Work Plan for 2014: The Committee will go over its Work Plan for 2014.
