Free Kong Si Fa Tsai, Sin Nian Kwai Lo and Gung Hay Fat Choy! For over 10 years the Albany Recreation Department has celebrated Chinese New Year at the Community Center. Students from Cornell and Ocean View elementary will present cultural Chinese song and dance as well as the 12 Zodiac story. In traditional fashion, we will Dance with Dragons and Leap with Lions, courtesy of Zion Lee. Children who attend will also get a chance to show off their creativity at the arts and crafts station. Welcome the Year of the Horse Albany style.
