3-1 Approval of pension payments for the month of November 2013 in the amount of $115,915.39. (See attached spreadsheets for Police disability members showing normal monthly amount after retro pay in October.)

4-1 Minutes of the regular meeting of October 29, 2013.

5. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. 7-1. Memo dated October 21, 2013 from Charles Schwab announcing change to fees paid to Schwab from Fund: Prior rate 0.06%; New Rate 0.08%.
8. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
(Commission/Committee/Board Member announcement of requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items).
8-1. Unless polling the Board does not give us a quorum, the next regularly scheduled Pension Board meeting should be held on Tuesday December 31, 2013 at 9:00 am.
