3. PUBLIC HEARING
a. 634 San Carlos. Planning Application 08-040. Design Review. Request for Design Review approval to allow the construction of a new metal staircase and landing on the south side of a single-family home. The applicant is also proposing the demolition of a workshop in the rear yard and to replace all existing windows on the home.
Recommendation: approve.
b. 976 Stannage. Planning Application 08-046. Design Review. Request for Design Review approval to allow the enclosure of an existing covered deck on the side of a single-family home.
Recommendation: approve.
c. 905 Washington. Planning Application 08-047. Design Review. Request for Design Review approval to allow the construction of a wooden porch and stairs on the east side of a single-family home.
Recommendation: approve.
d. 837 Hillside. Planning Application 08-049. Design Review. Request for Design Review approval to allow the construction of a new patio cover that will replace a pre-existing cover at the southeast corner of a property with a single-family home.
Recommendation: approve.
e. 1133 Stannage. Planning Application 08-050. Design Review. Request for Design Review approval to allow the construction of a new bay window on the front elevation of an existing accessory building.
Recommendation: approve.
