The City of Albany is pleased to announce a fun, new partnership event with the City of El Cerrito. A dual citywide garage sale, spanning the boarders of both cities in an effort to reduce, reuse and recycle materials. Items bought and sold at garage sales helps reduce the amount of items that could otherwise be sent to our landfill.
