3. PUBLIC COMMENT

For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.

5-1 Albany Housing Element planned for inclusion in the updated/new General Plan

    Update on recent Council actions. 
    Update on Litigation. 
    Discussion on possible recommendation to Council with regards to affordable housing in Albany

5-2 Update Commission on actions taken regarding the enforcement of the No Camping
       Ordinance by the City Council on 10/21/2013

    Report/discussion on actions to date.

5-3 Discussion of Albany Berkeley Mental Health Commission. Is Albany receiving
       equal or better service by our ssociation or would recieving service through 
       the Council of Alameda be to Albany's benefit? 
 

6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS

(Commission/Committee/Board Member announcement of requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items).

NOTE: Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the City Council/Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the City Hall, 1000 San Pablo Ave, during normal business hours, 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
