For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.

7-1 Gallery Program: The Committee will discuss the gallery program.
7-2 Herons Restoration: The Committee will receive an update.
8. NEW BUSINESS
8-1 Yearly Update on Development Project in the City: Jeff Bond, Community Development Director will provide an update on project development in the City.
8-2 Street Painting Program: Aleida Andrino-Chavez, Transportation Planner and Liam Kelly, Transportation intern will make a presentation on a Street Painting Program and collect input from the Arts Committee.
8-3 Review of Committee Mission and Work Plan for 2013: The Committee will go over its Mission and review its Work Plan for 2013.
8-4 Review of Key points from the Board Training: Chair Goodman will go over key points from the training.
8-5 Committee Public Spokesperson: The Committee will discuss and decide the appointment of a new member to post Committee-business-related comments on Albany Patch and other public forum.
8-6 Murals in Albany: The Committee will review the existing brochure and discuss possible next steps.
9. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
(Commission/Committee/Board Member announcement of requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items). Next Meeting: Monday, March 11, 2013, 7:00pm, City Hall Council Chambers, 1000 San Pablo Ave.
