6-1 Pierce Street Park: Penelope Leach, Assistance City Manager/Community Services Director will provide an overview of the project.

7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

7-1 Local Artist Listing: Committee Member Kobelin will provide an update.

Staff Recommendation: Receive information.

7-2 Murals in Albany: The mural subcommittee will provide an update.

Staff Recommendation: Receive information.

7-3 Poet Laureate: The Poet Laureate subcommittee will provide an update.

8. NEW BUSINESS

8-1 Solano Art Walk: Member Loveland will provide information on the Art Walk scheduled for Saturday, June 8 from 7:00 -9:00 PM.

Staff Recommendation: Receive information and discuss the degree of involvement by the Committee in the event.

8-2 Seasonal Performance Art: Committee Member Spellwoman will provide information on a proposed new performing arts program.

Staff Recommendation: Receive information and discuss the degree of involvement by the Committee in the event.

8-3 Maintenance of Public Art: Member Armstrong will provide information on which pieces are in need of maintenance.

Staff Recommendation: Receive information.


9. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
(Commission/Committee/Board Member announcement of requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items). Next Meeting: Monday, June 10, 2013, 7:00pm, City Hall Council Chambers, 1000 San Pablo Ave.
