7-3 Toyota of Berkeley - 1035 Eastshore Hwy: The Committee will review information of the proposed public bench to be considered as part of their public art installation for their boutique auto salon/dealership site.

Staff recommendation: That the Arts Committee review and determine if the public bench satisfies the Art in Public Places requirement and forward a recommendation to the City Council for approval.
