6-1 Edible Garden at Memorial Park Update: Volunteers have been creating and working on the Edible Garden at Memorial Park as part of the City’s Friends of Albany Parks program .The volunteer serving as project manager, Alexa Hauser, will give the Commission an update on progress and activities.

6-2 Ohlone Greenway: The Commission will discuss potential future projects for the Ohlone Greenway once the BART retrofit project is completed. Community members have asked the Commission to consider a new par course and a tree orchard along the Ohlone Greenway. Other projects may be desired as the Commission begins the planning process for the Ohlone Greenway.

7-1 Recreation and Community Services Reorganization: Staff will present information regarding reorganizing the Recreation and Community Services Department in an effort to expand after school care for youth as well as senior services
