4. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Board’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.

5. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS
a. Elect Chair and Vice Chair
b. Select Regular Meeting Day
c. Review Bylaws and update as needed
d. Calendar and Workplan/budget process
e. Recommend representative to City Council for appointment to ACLAC (Alameda County Library Advisory Commission)
f. Albany Library Report– R. Davis
g. Update on County Library Resource Allocation Project

a. Discussion of Library Bequest and recommendations to City Council
No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items.
