3. DISCUSSION OF NEXT PHASE OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COVE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT INCLUDING LANDSCAPING, SEATING, BIKE RACKS, SIGNAGE, ETC
Recommended Action: Provide direction on scope of work to be included in next phase of improvements and schedule volunteer work day.
