5. DISCUSSIONS AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS, WHICH COULD INCLUDE REPORTS AND/OR PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS IF ANY:

5-1. Report on Policies and Practices Related to Garbage Pick-up, Graffiti Eradication and Maintenance of the Message Board at the Albany Waterfront

Recommended Action: For discussion including recommendation for relocation of trash cans.

5-2. Discussion of Next Phase of Improvements to the Cove Enhancement Project Including Landscaping, Seating, Bike Racks, Signage, etc

Recommended Action: Provide direction on scope of work to be included in next phase of improvements and schedule volunteer work day.

5-3. Report from Albany Homeless Task Force.

Recommended Action: provide direction to Task Force representatives regarding topics for future meetings including short term goals.

5-4. Update on the Albany Beach Restoration and Public Access Project.

Recommended Action: For information and discussion.
