It's that time again! Dinner with Albany is an incredible community event that features a sit-down dinner on Solano Avenue to celebrate our community by sharing a meal with friends, family and neighbors. The event was originally created to celebrate the city’s centennial in 2008 and it was such a huge success it has become a biennial event.

On Saturday, September 29, 2012, nearly 300 dinner tables will be placed in the middle of Solano Avenue (between San Pablo & Talbot Avenues) for dinner under a canopy of lights. At 6:45 pm, the dinner bell will ring and we will toast to our wonderful community! Attendees are encouraged to bring a pot luck from home, buy food from local participating restaurants at the event or pre-order food from your favorite local eatery and bring it with you. 

Reserve your table early! Each 6' table comes with 6 chairs for $30 (you can reserve as many as you like). We also have a limited number of parking spaces available (bring your own table/chairs) for $15.

We have live music by Bangers & Grass on a main stage from 7-8:30 pm (located in front of the Albany Twin Theater) and dancing in the streets later in the evening. Make sure to enter the Table Decorating Contest. New this year will be the Magnolia Photo Booth and Five Little Monkey's Family Game area. It’s an amazing scene and it all takes place under a canopy of lights.
