By approval of the Consent Calendar, the staff recommendations will be adopted unless otherwise modified by the Commission/Committee. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commission/Committee/Board Member or a member of the audience requests removal of the items from the Consent Calendar.)

3-1 Approval of pension payment for the month of July 2012 in the amount of $113,087.34. (See attached spreadsheets for Police Service retiree, Fire Service and Fire Disability retiree benefit calculations.)

Staff recommendation: Approve

3-2 Approval of invoice from Atlantic Trust in the amount of $11,213.78 for investment services for the quarter ended 9/30/12.

Staff recommendation: Approve

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

4-1 Minutes of the regular meeting of April 24, 2012. (Tabled from June 26th meeting due to lack of voting quorum.)

Staff recommendation: Approve

4-2 Minutes of the regular meeting of May 29, 2012. (Tabled from June 26th meeting due to lack of voting quorum.)

Staff recommendation: Approve

4-3 Minutes of the regular meeting of June 26, 2012.

Staff recommendation: Approve


5. PUBLIC COMMENT

For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.
