This meeting includes discussion of Cove Enhancement Project, Albany Homeless Task Force report, Albany Beach Restoration & Public Access Project update, EBRPD vs City of Alameda litigation.

3-1. Approve Minutes from November 7, 2012.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT

5. DISCUSSIONS AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS, WHICH COULD INCLUDE REPORTS AND/OR PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS IF ANY:

5-1. Discussion of Next Phase of Improvements to the Cove Enhancement Project Including Landscaping, Seating, Bike Racks, Signage, etc

Recommended Action: (1) Approve recommendation to staff to order cove enhancement equipment and materials; and (2) Schedule next volunteer work day.

5-2. Report from Albany Homeless Task Force.

Recommended Action: Provide briefing to Committee on October 18, 2012 Homeless Task Force meeting and provide direction to Task Force representatives regarding future Task Force agenda items.

5-3. Update on the Albany Beach Restoration and Public Access Project.

Recommended Action: For information and discussion.

5-4. Report on Litigation Filed in Alameda County Superior Court (Case RG12655685) East Bay Regional Park District vs. City of Alameda.

Recommended Action: For information and discussion.

5-5. Discussion of feasibility of rescheduling the January 2, 2013 meeting.

Recommended Action: For information and discussion.
