By approval of the Consent Calendar, the staff recommendations will be adopted unless otherwise modified by the Commission/Committee. 3-1 Approval of pension payment for the month of May 2012 in the amount of $118,697.48.
Staff recommendation: Approve
3-2 Approval of invoice from Atlantic Trust in the amount of $11,807.84 for investment services for the quarter ending June 30, 2012.
Staff recommendation: Approve
3-3 Approval of letter of agreement dated April 26, 2012 from Buck Consultants to perform Plan’s triennial actuary as of June 30, 2012 at the amount of $5,500.
Staff recommendation: Authorize Chairperson Denton to sign letter of Agreement from Buck Consultants to perform triennial actuary at the amount of $5,500.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
4-1 Minutes of the regular meeting of April 24, 2012.
Staff recommendation: Approve
5. PUBLIC COMMENT
