3-1 Approval of pension payment for the month of March 2012 in the amount of $118,697.48.
Staff recommendation: Approve
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
4-1 Minutes of the regular meeting of February 28, 2012.
Staff recommendation: Approve
5. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.
6. DISCUSSIONS AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
6-1. Chairperson Denton regarding need for triennial actuarial analysis of fund as of June 30, 2012 and requesting that Board continue to use Buck Consultants at a cost of $5,500.00.
Staff recommendation: Approve having Buck Consultants perform actuary as of June 30, 2012 at a cost of $5,500.00.

8-1 The next regularly scheduled Pension Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday April 24, 2012.
