3-1 Approval of pension payment for the month of February 2012 in the amount of $118,697.48.

3-2 Approval of Resolution No. 12-01 (Pension Board) A RESOLUTION OF THE ALBANY BOARD OF POLICE AND FIRE PENSION FUND COMMISSIONERS EXPRESSING ITS GRATITUDE TO ROBERT J. ZWEBEN FOR HIS YEARS OF SERVICE ADVISING THE PENSION BOARD.
Staff recommendation: Approve
3-3 Approval of Resolution No. 12-02 (Pension Board) A RESOLUTION OF THE ALBANY BOARD OF POLICE AND FIRE PENSION FUND COMMISSIONERS EXPRESSING ITS GRATITUDE TO JACQUELINE L. BUCHOLZ FOR HER 33 YEARS OF SERVICE ON THE PENSION BOARD.
Staff recommendation: Approve
3-4 Approval of invoice from Atlantic Trust in the amount of $11,434.03 for investment services for the quarter ending 3/31/12.
Staff recommendation: Approve
3-5 Presentation of Pension Fund Financial Statements and Independent Auditors’ Reports for the year ended June 30, 2011.
Staff recommendation: Note and file
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
4-1 Minutes of the regular meeting of January 31, 2012.
Staff recommendation: Approve
5. PUBLIC COMMENT
