6-1 Tree Removal Application: The Commission will discuss the tree removal application request at 969 San Pablo Avenue.

Staff Recommendation: That the Commission not approve the tree removal request at this time.
7. NEW BUSINESS
7-1 Selection and Chair and Vice Chair: Each year the Commission selects a Chair and Vice Chair for the upcoming calendar year.
Staff Recommendation: That the Commission nominate and select a Chair and Vice Chair for the calendar year 2013.
