7-1 Gallery Program:
The Committee will discuss current and upcoming exhibits, timeline to receive submissions to be considered for exhibits in 2013 and other program needs.

7-2 Herons:
The Committee will review a new proposal for the restoration of the Herons.
Proposal
Staff Recommendation: That the AC recommend to Council the Herons restoration according to the new proposal by Walter Mork Co., Inc.
7-4 Quails:
The Committee will receive an update provided by Chair McQuaid on the Public Art Piece.
Staff Recommendation: Discussion only.
7-5 Fire Hydrant Program:
The Committee will receive information on implementation of the program.
Staff Recommendation: Information only.
8. NEW BUSINESS
8-1 Scope of Work:
The Committee will review the Work Plan submitted to Council in April to determine possible areas of involvement by the Committee.
