7-3 Quail Sculpture: The Arts Committee will discuss the acceptance of the sculpture as a gift to the City.

8. NEW BUSINESS
8-1 Toyota of Berkeley Public Art Requirement: The Committee will review information and a rendering of the proposed Public Art piece at the site.

Staff Recommendation: That the Arts Committee review and determine if the LED screen satisfies the Art in Public Places requirement and forward a recommendation to the City Council for approval.
8-2 Gallery Program: The Committee will review submissions to be considered for exhibits in 2013.

8-3 Work Plan: The Committee will review the Work Plan submitted to Council in April 2012 to determine possible areas of involvement by the Committee.
