This meeting will include discussion of 918 Cerrito Street - 2nd story addition & parking exception; Parking Policy discussion summary; Permitted Land Use Table amendment discussion.

5. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Commission ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.
6. DISCUSSIONS & POSSIBLE ACTION ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
a. 918 Cerrito St. 2nd Story Addition & Parking Exception- The applicant is seeking Design Review approval for a 700 sq. ft. 1st and 2nd story addition to the home at 918 Cerrito St.
Recommendation: Provide feedback to the applicant and staff.

b. Parking Policy Discussion Summary of 1/24/12 Joint Meeting- Planning & Zoning Commission only-This will include a summary discussion the joint Planning & Zoning Commission, Traffic & Safety Commission, and Sustainability Committee meeting held on 1/24/12. This item will include discussion by the Planning & Zoning Commission only.
Recommendation: Receive the report and provide feedback to staff.
2012-02-14 PZ 6b SR - Parking Policy
c. Permitted Land Use Table Amendment Discussion- The Planning & Zoning Commission previously reviewed changes to the Permitted Use Tables at the October 25, 2011 regular hearing. At that time, the Commission directed staff to modify the table and also expand the discussion for a future date to include potential amendments to the residential zoning districts.
Recommendation: Receive the report and provide feedback to staff.

a. City of Albany Planning and Zoning Update “E-Notification”
b. Update on City Council agenda items related to Planning and Zoning activities.
c. Review of status of major projects and scheduling of upcoming agenda items.
9. FUTURE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA ITEMS
a. Next Planning and Zoning Commission hearing scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 2012.
(Staff discussion and Commission member announcement of status of previous agenda items and requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on requests for future agenda items).
10. ADJOURNMENT
As a general policy, the Commission will not begin discussion or consideration of an agenda item after 11:00 pm.
