6-2 Request to Implement a Permit Parking Program on the 1000 block of Washington Avenue.

Recommended Action: Provide direction to staff and the applicant on whether the application should be processed as presented or whether modifications to the application should be considered, such as
a) expansion of the residential permit zone;
b) expansion of households eligible for a residential permit;
c) modifications to days and times a residential permit is required; or
d) modifications to time limits for vehicles without permits.

Recommended Action: the Commission should receive and comment on the staff presentation with the goal of making a recommendation to Council for its adoption.

Recommended Action: Recommend that City Council Authorize the City Manager to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Caltrans for the I-80 Integrated Corridor Mobility (ICM) Project.
6-5 Proposal to televise and webcast and Traffic and Safety Commission meetings.
Recommended Action: Recommend to the City Council that Traffic and Safety Commission meetings be televised.
