2-1. Information item on the Brown Act/open meeting laws: The City Attorney will explain Brown Act compliance to the Task Force.
2-2. The Stronach Group communication on project proposal in relation to city process and task force, including its outline for community interactions and pursuit of voter initiative
2-3. Site Plan: Review and discuss site plan for the facilities of the second campus of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, private development, open space, parking, building heights, and other project features
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Task Force on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to two (2) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Task Force’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.
