Sustainability Committee Special Meeting

This Meeting will be held from 6:30 - 7:30pm in the Albany City Hall Council Chambers to include discussion of the University Village Project.

5. DISCUSSIONS AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

5-1. 1030-1130 San Pablo Avenue (University Village Mixed Use Project).
The University seeks City approval to construct a new 55,000 sq ft grocery store at the north side of Monroe and a mixed-use retail space and senior living project on the south side of Monroe.
Requested action: make recommendation to the City Council regarding sustainability as related to the City’s Climate Action Plan.
