6-1 1030-1130 San Pablo Avenue (University Village Mixed Use Project).
The University seeks City approval to construct a new 55,000 sq ft grocery store at the north side of Monroe and a mixed-use retail space and senior living project on the south side of Monroe. Requested action: make recommendation to the City Council regarding traffic and safety issues.
6-2 Sidewalks and Parking on Washington Avenue from Pierce Street to Cerrito Street—Discuss possible solutions. No action will be taken at this meeting. Flyer attached.
Note: Commission should address how each action above might affect pedestrian and bicycle safety and travel.
