The 4th of July event begins at 12:00 am and will end at 4:00 pm. On the main stage this year will be music by JimBo Trout and the Fishpeople, Reptile Show by the East Bay Vivarium, the Annual Pugnacious Pet Show and Albany Lion's Watermelon Eating Contest.

Stop by the Albany Lion's Pancake Breakfast in the Veterans Memorial Building. They will be serving up breakfast from 8:00-11:00 am.

Beard & Mustache Contest
Start growing that mustache or beard (or make one at home!) the Mustache and Beard Contest will take the stage again this year at 2:30. Prizes given for the natural and unnatural!

Diaper Derby
Who's got the fastest baby in town? This year we will host our first Diaper Derby! The Derby will start at 2:00 pm. Divisions: Crawlers: 5-10 months (10 feet), Crawlers: 11+ months (15 feet), Tippy Toe Toddlers: 11-24 months, Tippy Toe Toddlers: 24-30 months. Register at the Diaper Derby table by 1:30 pm.

Kids can purchase a Fun Band for $5 that gets them unlimited use of the:

• NEW Huge Obstacle Course
• Jump House
• Game Tent (Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball)
• Dunk Tank
• New Extreme Rock Wall
• Mechanical Bull
• New Velcro Wall

Make sure you are ready for the Family Games-3-legged races, egg toss, sack races-they will start at 3:15 pm.
