6-1 Permit Parking /Meter Parking Presentation—Panel presentation by staff from the Cities of El Cerrito and Berkeley.
6-2 Albany Active Transportation Draft Plan—Refer to the attached notes describing the actions taken at the 4/7/11 Special Meeting and the draft language suggested by Chair McCroskey for some of the projects. The Commission will finalize the project description and make a recommendation to Council for the document in order to develop environmental work—Please bring the hard copies of the plan to the meeting (Electronic revisions of the edits will be sent to commissioners via email the week of Monday, April 25).
Note: Commission should address how each action above might affect pedestrian and bicycle safety and travel.

7-3 Update on Buchanan/Jackson Signal and Pedestrian Improvements

• Temporary Parking restriction on the existing green zone on the south side of the 1000 block of Solano Avenue at Subway restaurant. (May 2011)
• AC Transit route restoration: BART, Target, San Pablo, Library, Solano (May or June, 2011)
• Implementation of RAD at the signals to enable enforcement of red light violations (May or June, 2011)
• Revisit the provisions for Large Vehicle Parking Ordinance enforcement (July, 2011)
• Active Transportation Plan Environmental Work (September, 2011)
